With over 12+ years of hands-on experience in hospitality, Pradeep has worked closely with hotels, resorts, cafés, and hospitality teams across India — not from boardrooms, but from front desks, kitchens, staff rooms, and pre-opening sites. He understands hospitality not as a business alone, but as a responsibility toward guests, teams, and owners.
